Teach Your AI to Do Your Work

Generic AI gives generic answers. We package the rules, context, and workflows that turn an off-the-shelf assistant into a specialist that knows your business — running on accounts and infrastructure you own.

Most teams already pay for ChatGPT, Claude, or Mistral and still get vague, hit-or-miss output — because the AI doesn't know your properties, your pricing logic, your tone, or your process. We fix that. BnBNerd builds a domain skill pack — the instructions, examples, guardrails, and reusable task templates — then installs it, tests it against a real evaluation set, trains your team, and supports it. You keep every account and every byte of data.

Where the work is easy and repetitive, we bring in Mistral — a competent, low-cost AI — so you're not burning costly tokens on the expensive models for tasks a smaller one handles just as well.

What You Get

Two Ways to Start

Setup Sprint

From $2,500 · about two weeks

Already paying for ChatGPT, Claude, or Mistral but not getting much from it? We turn the subscription you already have into a specialist that knows your business.

  • Domain-specific configuration with coding and approval standards
  • Prompt patterns and reusable task templates
  • Onboarding doc and a recorded group training session
  • 30 days of email support

Best for: getting real output from the AI subscriptions you already pay for.

Client-Controlled Deploy

From $6,500 · optional maintenance retainer from $400/month

For recurring workloads — a chat widget, FAQ bot, document summarization, classification — where running the model on your own API account or hardware makes sense.

  • Designed and installed on infrastructure you own
  • One or two workflow agents, built and tested
  • Monitoring, backups, and team training included
  • Hardware, API, and hosting billed at cost — you own everything at handoff

Best for: recurring workloads where owning the stack beats renting it.

Every engagement is scoped in a free written proposal before any work begins. Final pricing depends on your workflow and is fixed in that proposal. We don't quote cost savings without your real numbers.

How It Works

Why BnBNerd

What This Actually Builds

Plenty of people can get a chatbot to write an email. The question worth asking is whether the same approach holds up on work that's genuinely hard. Here's a project we took on to find out.

A custom multiplayer turn engine: action form with live cost calculation, holdings table, and rules validation

A game engine built from a paper rulebook and a scanned map

A tabletop campaign needed to run online. We started with two things a computer can't read: a printed rulebook and a single scanned image of a map. From the map we extracted 838 distinct regions — detected, vectorized, and turned into an interactive web map. From the rulebook we built a multiplayer turn engine: players submit actions, the system prices them, validates them against the rules, escrows the cost, resolves the round, and writes an auditable log of every roll.

It's a real application with real users — authentication, permissions, persistent state, a battle resolver, and a referee's console. Screenshot above is from a sanitized demo; the names are invented.

Why it matters to you: the hard part was never the code. It was extracting exactly how a system works from documents that only a person could read, and then making software obey those rules without exception. That is the same problem as teaching an AI your business — your pricing logic, your guest policies, your process — and it's the problem we're good at. Live walkthrough available on a call.

This website was built the same way.

Already a BnBNerd Client? It's an Easy Add-On.

If we already run your direct booking site, pricing, or guest communication, we know your operation — so a specialized AI skill for listing descriptions, guest-message drafting, review triage, or reservation summaries slots straight onto what you already have. And because the discovery work is already done, add-on pricing comes in below the standalone rates — ask us.

Not a Rental Host?

The same service works for any ops-heavy small business — property management, real estate, accounting practices, law firms, event planning — as a standalone engagement.
